Arbforce is under the personal management of Peter Cockerill who’s carefully picked team of skilled arboriculturists and foresters can undertake any aspect of tree and woodland care, using the latest techniques and equipment. We are NPTC Qualified.

All our work is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of British Standards BS3998 and the relevant FTC and HSE requirements.

• When considering tree surgery work we consider the whole situation, taking the health, the season, and what is best for the tree fully into consideration and then balance this with the requirements of its position
• You will receive advice which looks at the tree as a living organism and not in terms of what  work can be done to generate the most money!

• Help and advice with trees and law - Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's) and Conservation Areas
• We aim to recycle 100% of all our waste and where possible convert this waste into useful  products that can be of benefit to the local community.
   Compost, firewood, wood chips, charcoal, furniture, garden structures, hedging stakes, fencing poles e.t.c.
• All our arborists (tree surgeons) are NPTC qualified, and either academically and professionally    trained or both. Therefore you can be certain that all our tree surgery will be carried out to the highest professional standard
• All our work is covered by full arboricultural insurance - public liability cover to £5 million & employers liability and also carried out with comprehensive health & safety risk assessment and considerations
• Tree surgery work carried out to a high standard with due regard to BS3998:1989 - British  Standard Recommendations for Tree Work  Issued by the British Standards Institution
• We use bio-degradable chain oil where at all possible to help protect the environment. Especially important when working around ponds, rivers, streams and in wet woodlands
• After work is completed we leave the site clear and tidy, with all waste removed unless by previous arrangement.
